<p>Staff will help folks on a very limited basis by distancing and essentially talking through questions. Everyone has to wear a face covering according to whatever the latest OHA guidelines require, and enforcement is the biggest problem/headache for us. We
give everyone a one-time-use login so we have control and can turn off a workstation if someone doesn't follow the rules; we disabled using a library card number to log in. Our desks are distanced but not shielded, and we wipe down stations between use. We
have had less computer use since we reopened.</p>

<div>We are currently exploring approaches to providing public computer access to patrons and we are seeking the wisdom of libraries currently doing so in a restricted COVID-19 environment. </div>

<div>How are you managing hands-on support for patrons with their computer sessions? Are you simply maintaining standard distancing precautions, installing shields, and enforcing masking protocols? Are staff working hands-on with patrons when necessary? Are
you remoting in and taking over patron computers with a software solution? Have you developed other procedures you have found effective?</div>
