<a href="https://arsloutstanding.org" title="https://arsloutstanding.org">Outstanding in Their Field Leadership Institute</a> is recruiting 30 people who currently work in rural and/or small libraries throughout the country. The goal is to attract people from
various geographic locations, backgrounds, and ethnicities. They are potential leaders who may not have an MLIS, and not even a college degree.
