<p class="MsoNormal"><span class="marker">Awards are limited to Oregon library staff, and
</span>preference will be given to persons who have never attended an OLA conference, are currently unemployed, work at a library with 2 or fewer library staff, are library support staff, and/or perform engagement activities with underserved communities.<o:p></o:p></p>
