<b><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Self-Care and Collaboration – Three-hour Online Workshop<o:p></o:p></span></b></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt:0in;margin-right:0in;margin-bottom:8.0pt;margin-left:.5in;line-height:12.65pt">
<span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">The impact of the events of the last year have been costly, and we need fresh tools for working well together in this season. This highly interactive 3-hour Zoom workshop is designed to facilitate
connection and awareness, and to equip teams for working well together even from remote locations. This workshop could easily double as an in-service event, so we encourage teams to attend together when possible. However, staff are also free to register for
alternate dates as needed.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt:0in;margin-right:0in;margin-bottom:8.0pt;margin-left:.5in;line-height:12.65pt">
<span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Two topics are unpacked in this engaging workshop: Self-Care that is do-able and supported in the workplace and Self-Awareness of four universal pain responses to high stress situations. Engagement
with these two topics increase personal ownership of health and mindset for healthy work culture.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
