<p class="MsoNormal">One of the requests that I’ve received from my staff after looking at the EDI toolkit and attending Ryan Dowd’s “dealing with prejudicial remarks” webinar is for more in-depth bystander training. Basically, how to usefully intervene in
the library and elsewhere if someone is being harassed, subjected to slurs, etc.<o:p></o:p></p>
