<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Awards are limited to Oregon library staff and preference will be given to persons who perform engagement activities with Latine communities, are currently unemployed, work at a library with
2 or fewer library staff, and/or are library support staff.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
