<p class="MsoNormal">As we open back up to the public we want to start off on the right track, like a teacher at the beginning of the school year starting off with a no-nonsense, yet nurturing approach. I am looking for instruction and inspiration that will
lead staff to positive patron interaction while setting appropriate boundaries. Policies, procedures, and methodology, and training suggestions are all welcome.<o:p></o:p></p>
