<p class="MsoNormal">For those of you that print out blank tax forms for library users, you may have noticed that the
<a href="https://www.oregon.gov/dor/forms/Pages/default.aspx">Oregon Department of Revenue’s forms web site</a> has fillable PDF versions of the current forms. This can cause the forms to be a bit wonky when printed out blank. Attached is a PDF of the OR-40
form that is non-fillable and is designed to be printed out blank. <o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">I was able to track down this version of the form through the
<a href="https://www.oregon.gov/dor/Pages/Taxpayer-Advocate.aspx">Oregon Department of Revenues Taxpayer Advocate</a>, a new office to help reduce barriers for tax payers. Based on my experience, they are very responsive to questions. I would encourage you
