<b>Each week, learners will be expected to interact in the online discussion forums and complete an assignment</b>.

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:8.0pt;line-height:105%"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">To complete this course, learners can expect to spend 2 1/2 hours per week, for a total of fifteen course hours. Each week's module contains readings
and various options for assignments. Learners can choose the options most relevant to their work and interests. Although learners can work on each module at their own pace, at any hour of the day or night, it is recommended that learners complete each week's
work within that week to stay in sync with other participants.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
