city is rebuilding the facility at a new location and is now hiring its first paid library director. Top priorities for this halftime position include: overseeing the daily operations of the library; managing volunteers; developing positive relationships
with community stakeholders and organizations to support the success of the library; developing programming for library patrons; and building the library collection.
