This work is done in collaboration with the Circulation Manager and another Circulation Supervisor. This position has thorough knowledge of established library procedures and technical systems; and works collaboratively with Circulation, Interlibrary Loan, Collection Services, and Systems staff located on the Forest Grove and Hillsboro campuses in support of library-wide functions and operations. This is a permanent, part-time, benefit-eligible position, working 30 hours per week, with regularly scheduled shifts primarily during afternoons and evenings, with one weekend day per week. Occasional additional hours may be required to assist with staffing coverage, and hours during intersessions and summer will vary in conjunction with open library hours.
