        feedback - <br>

      <div class="gmail_default" style="font-size:large">I had to cancel

        my ACRL registration for the upcoming national conference. I was

        told that cancellations after 1/20 are non-refundable - a bit

        shocking since the conference is six weeks away and early bird

        registration was $549.  Is this typical of national

        conferences?  I don't think I've ever had to cancel before but

        I've also never seen this variety of grievance with library

        conferences.<br>
