Community Relations Manager</a></b>. This key leadership position will be responsible for connecting WCCLS with our community - this work will include fostering relationships with culturally specific organizations, service providers, and other community-based
organizations and leading collaborative work with our library partners to define and deliver on shared equity goals. A key part of our cooperative is the relationships between WCCLS and our partner libraries. The Community Relations Manager will play an important
role in developing processes that support collaboration with our libraries.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

We are looking for someone who is experienced leading and administering in a public library or nonprofit context, with demonstrated results of more equitable outcomes, and has experience building relationships and developing services with historically marginalized
communities.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
