<p class="MsoNormal">I received a point of clarification from the staff at Oregon Career Information Systems (OCIS) about access to LearningExpress Library resources in their system. It is possible to access the resources without an institutional license, but
it is necessary to create an individual “portfolio” account within the system to be able to access those resources.

LearningExpress Library</a> and Oregon libraries will no longer have access to this resource
<b>after October 31, 2023</b> unless you choose to subscribe to the resource directly from EBSCO.
