<p class="MsoNormal">A workgroup composed of state and local government officials drafted the Oregon Data Literacy Framework, a tool for governments and other organizations to assess data needs, practices, and strategies in their organizations. The draft report
is linked below, if you’re interested. The report includes different capabilities and personas (e.g. roles) of people who collect, work with, use, and manage data of any kind in an organization. Comments from any library staff interested in this topic would

<p class="MsoNormal">As part of Oregon’s Data Strategy and 2021-2023 Biennial Action Plan, The Chief Data Officer and Chief Data Officer Advisory Council chartered a work group to draft a data literacy framework and provide recommendations on opportunities
to advance data literacy within the state. The Oregon Data Literacy Framework Work Group has completed their draft data literacy framework and final report, and both are available online for public comment and feedback:
