of paraprofessional (non-MLS) reference workers in public libraries. </span><span style="font-family: "Calibri", sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; color: black; line-height: 107%;"> We’ve put together a survey to help us learn
</span><span style="font-family: "Calibri", sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; color: black; background-color: white; line-height: 107%;">how much reference work paraprofessionals do, training and support received, and if that support is sufficient for them to be
successful. </span></p>
