literacy resources, all with the clear aim of inspiring better practice and improving the quality of literacy learning for every young reader and writer in Oregon. In response to what we continue to hear from educators and leaders statewide, there is a real
need to help clarify and confirm what matters most in teaching adolescent readers and writers to attain high levels of literacy and multilingual literacy.
