<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;color:#0B3F58">WCCLS is in the midst of a structured funding and governance evaluation process with our partner agencies, facilitated by a local management consulting firm. For the next year, this position
is anticipated to report to the head of the department, the WCCLS Manager, and will work closely with the consulting team on moving this future- and data-focused project forward. The Data Analyst will work collaboratively with the WCCLS Leadership Team to
support cross-divisional and strategic initiatives. <o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;color:#0B3F58">Public library service in Washington County is delivered by a partnership between WCCLS, nine cities, and three nonprofit agencies. WCCLS is the primary funding source for public libraries in
the county and provides critical infrastructure and support services to link independently operated libraries together into one system for the community. WCCLS’ annual operating budget is approximately $40 million, of which $28 million is funding allocated
