University of Portland, Clark Library invites applications for the role of <strong>Serials &
Electronic Resources Specialist</strong>, a key position supporting
student and faculty research across all academic disciplines. This full-time
role is central to maintaining access to the library’s print and electronic
continuing resources throughout their lifecycles.</span></p>
<p style="margin-right:0in;margin-left:0in;font-size:12pt;font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-size:11pt;font-family:Calibri,sans-serif">Working
closely with colleagues in Collection Services and liaison librarians, the
person in this position will handle tasks such as ordering, invoicing,
receiving, activation, subscription maintenance, and troubleshooting. This
position plays a vital role in ensuring that the library’s collections remain
accurate, accessible, and responsive to the needs of the campus community.</span></p>
<p style="margin-right:0in;margin-left:0in;font-size:12pt;font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-size:11pt;font-family:Calibri,sans-serif">Reporting
to the Collections Technology Librarian, the successful candidate will
be part of a collaborative and service-oriented team committed to excellence in
resource management and user support.</span></p>
