<b>permanent </b>one, ruling in favor of the states (including Oregon) that sued, protecting IMLS and the federal funding that all state libraries receive. Read more about the Rhode Island v. Trump case here:
<a href="https://bookriot.com/21-attorney-generals-lawsuit-decision/">A Major Court Win for IMLS, Libraries</a>. As previously shared, there was an appeal on that preliminary injunction already scheduled for December 4. It’s likely that the permanent ruling
will also be appealed, but the timeline is not certain at this point. <o:p></o:p></span></li></ul>
