It is probably more complicated than you need. If I remember right, we tried a pilot of using the Google Calendar, but before Communico we found it easier to have paper signup, and people could call those locations or book in person up to a week ahead for the small study rooms. We only had two locations with that type of room though, and now we have more. Communico allows people to sign themselves up and that has been helpful especially as the number of our rooms systemwide has increased. (I can't tell you anything about setup of that, just sharing my front desk experience.) Whatever you do, it helps to have those policies worked out :) for good boundaries. </div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-size:large"><br></div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-size:large">Here is our link to our policies, etc:</div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-size:large"><a href="https://multcolib.org/community-rooms">https://multcolib.org/community-rooms</a></div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-size:large"><br></div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-size:large">Best, Heidi</div><br></div><div><div dir="ltr" class="gmail_signature" data-smartmail="gmail_signature"><div dir="ltr"><div dir="ltr"><div dir="ltr"><div dir="ltr"><div dir="ltr"><div dir="ltr"><div dir="ltr"><div dir="ltr"><font size="4"><b>Heidi Hoogstra<br>Library Assistant</b></font></div><div><span style="font-size:large">Multnomah County Library, Kenton</span></div><div><span style="font-size:large"><a href="http://multcolib.org" target="_blank">multcolib.org</a></span></div><div dir="ltr"><br></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div><br><div class="gmail_quote gmail_quote_container"><div dir="ltr" class="gmail_attr">On Fri, Mar 13, 2026 at 9:10 AM Heidi Florenzen via Libs-Or <<a href="mailto:libs-or@omls.oregon.gov">libs-or@omls.oregon.gov</a>> wrote:<br></div><blockquote class="gmail_quote" style="margin:0px 0px 0px 0.8ex;border-left:1px solid rgb(204,204,204);padding-left:1ex"><div class="msg-1816556876591243640">
