I had enlightening conversation a couple weeks ago with Ryan Hashagen, the owner of

Ryan clued me in to the fact that a number of Oregon libraries have used grants from their local power utility foundations to pay for book bikes to help with their library's outreach activities. Examples include the Independence Public Library and the Athena
Public Library!</div>
