Collections & Programming Grants</span></a><o:p></o:p></span></b></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:"Aptos Display",sans-serif">Roundhouse offers grants to support either programming or collections development for school libraries (up to $2,000 for a single school and $5,000 per school district) and public libraries
(up to $5,000) serving rural communities in Oregon.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><b><span style="font-family:"Aptos Display",sans-serif">Eligibility & Other Considerations</span></b><span style="font-family:"Aptos Display",sans-serif"><o:p></o:p></span></p>
<ol style="margin-top:0in" start="1" type="1">
<li class="MsoNormal" style="mso-list:l1 level1 lfo1"><span style="font-family:"Aptos Display",sans-serif">Libraries must be government entities (including special districts), Tribal governments, or 501(c)3 non-profits.<o:p></o:p></span></li><li class="MsoNormal" style="mso-list:l1 level1 lfo1"><span style="font-family:"Aptos Display",sans-serif">At this time, college/university libraries and county law libraries are not eligible.<o:p></o:p></span></li><li class="MsoNormal" style="mso-list:l1 level1 lfo1"><span style="font-family:"Aptos Display",sans-serif">Organizations may apply for one collections <u>OR</u> programming grant per year.<o:p></o:p></span></li><li class="MsoNormal" style="mso-list:l1 level1 lfo1"><span style="font-family:"Aptos Display",sans-serif">These grants are only available for communities considered rural or remote with populations less than 40,000.<o:p></o:p></span></li><li class="MsoNormal" style="mso-list:l1 level1 lfo1"><span style="font-family:"Aptos Display",sans-serif">Please right-size your request to support only what you need. Funds are available until they are exhausted for the budget year.<o:p></o:p></span></li><li class="MsoNormal" style="mso-list:l1 level1 lfo1"><u><span style="font-family:"Aptos Display",sans-serif">Please note:</span></u><span style="font-family:"Aptos Display",sans-serif"> Because we have limited funds available for each school and district, <b>a

<li class="MsoNormal" style="mso-list:l0 level1 lfo2"><span style="font-family:"Aptos Display",sans-serif">Application Period: June 1 – November 30, or until funds are exhausted for the budget year.<o:p></o:p></span></li><li class="MsoNormal" style="mso-list:l0 level1 lfo2"><span style="font-family:"Aptos Display",sans-serif">Review: Applications are reviewed at the beginning of each month. It can take 6 to 8 weeks to review projects.<o:p></o:p></span></li><li class="MsoNormal" style="mso-list:l0 level1 lfo2"><span style="font-family:"Aptos Display",sans-serif">For time-sensitive projects, please contact us. We are generally unable to consider projects that take place within four weeks following the submission
date, but will do our best to accommodate needs with prior notice.<o:p></o:p></span></li><li class="MsoNormal" style="mso-list:l0 level1 lfo2"><span style="font-family:"Aptos Display",sans-serif">Final Report: If awarded funding, Roundhouse will request a brief final report on how funds were spent, successes, and challenges. Final reports are due
