What we are in need of are 2 volunteers to work as room monitors during our sponsored sessions on April 17th. This is a great way to get involved at the conference and chat with some of our exciting presenters.</div><div><br></div><div><a href="http://www.olaweb.org/assets/Conference/2014_OLA_Conference/ola%20conference%20sessions%20updated%202-19-14.pdf">Link to OLA's list of conference sessions</a>.</div><div><br></div><div><u>Room monitor duties include</u>:<br>-Arrive early and stay throughout the session:<br>-Check the room before the session to make sure tech, water and layout needs are met<br>-Introduce the speaker<br>-Take a room count and send to Steve Silver and Judith Marie (will give you their emails) by April 25.<br>-Distribute and collect any session evaluations for your unit.</div><div><br></div><div>If you can help, these are the times and titles of the sessions we could use monitors for:</div><div><br></div><div><u>Morning Session</u></div><div>-Thursday, April 17th, 11-12:30pm "Social Media For Professional Engagement"</div><div><br></div><div><u>Afternoon Session</u><br>-Thursday, April 17th, 2-3:30pm "Open Source in Oregon Libraries"</div><div><br></div><div>Feel free to send an email my way and look forward to seeing you at the 2014 conference!</div><div><br></div><div><div apple-content-edited="true">
