currently receive their pool account statements via mail delivery will
experience a delay in receiving their January 2009 month-end statements.
Due to an issue at our printer, January month-end pool account statements will
be mailed today (2/11/09). We apologize for any inconvenience caused by
this delay. If you require a copy of your January month-end pool account
statement before the mailed statement will reach you, you can request a fax of
the statement. Requests for a faxed monthly statement should be sent to
our <span style='color:#404040'><a href="mailto:lgip@mail.ost.state.or.us">lgip@mail.ost.state.or.us</a>
</span>e-mail address. Please include your name, fax number and pool
account number(s). Our normal faxed statement fee of $1.50 per page will
be waived due to the nature of this delay. <o:p></o:p></span></p>

their pool account statements via our online web portal are not impacted by
