<div>Due to a power failure at our ACH originating financial institution earlier this week, local government pool transactions called into Treasury on Tuesday, August 3<font size="1"><sup>rd</sup></font> prior to 1:00 PM may not have settled into your bank

account at your financial institution until Thursday, August 5<font size="1"><sup>th</sup></font>.  Receiving local government bank accounts at US Bank were not impacted by this delay.     </div>

<div>Treasury will be posting a credit adjustment to all local government pool accounts impacted by the delay on August 9<font size="1"><sup>th</sup></font>.  The credit adjustment will be equal to one day of interest at the current OSTF rate (.55%) on the

withdrawal amount that was delayed in arriving at your bank.  </div>
