<div>Due to a system date issue, local government ACH transfers called into the Voice Response System (VRS) between 1:00 PM Thursday, December 22<font size="1"><span style="font-size:7.3pt;"><sup>nd</sup></span></font> and 1:00 PM Friday, December 23<font size="1"><span style="font-size:7.3pt;"><sup>rd</sup></span></font>
posted to Treasury’s system on December 27<font size="1"><span style="font-size:7.3pt;"><sup>th</sup></span></font> with an incorrect effective date of December 26<font size="1"><span style="font-size:7.3pt;"><sup>th</sup></span></font>. These transactions
settled correctly at your bank on December 27<font size="1"><span style="font-size:7.3pt;"><sup>th</sup></span></font>. This issue only impacted the effective date of the transactions on Treasury’s accounting system.</div>

<div>Treasury will be posting adjusting entries to those pool accounts impacted today. The incorrect posting with an effective date of December 26<font size="1"><span style="font-size:7.3pt;"><sup>th</sup></span></font> will be reversed and reposted with the
correct effective date of December 27<font size="1"><span style="font-size:7.3pt;"><sup>th</sup></span></font>.</div>
