<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Georgia",serif">ACH processing at U.S. Bank is currently delayed. ACH origination, receipt of ACH transactions, and information reporting are all impacted. Treasury is working with the bank and
PFMAM to investigate potential impacts to the Local Government Investment Pool. Participants should prepare for the receipt of ACH purchases and redemptions to external bank accounts to be delayed and for cash balances at external bank accounts to be impacted
by the delay. <i>Wire redemptions, transfers, and participant-to-participant transfers are not impacted.
