[lstac] DUNS Question

I hope I can ask this so everyone understands what I am asking  -

If we have a multi-county library that does not have a DUNS for that system, but each county library can provide a DUNS, can we make the payments to the system? That way we won't have to add too many libraries to  the state's accounting system. I would provide a table in their award notification with how much each library would be getting.
