[lstac] Imagination Library

[Jamie Mott]

Does anyone use LSTA funds for Dolly Parton's Imagination Library?  I can remember discussing it at various times in the past, but I can't remember if it was in my role as LSTA coordinator or SDC so I can't remember why I seem to have an inclination to say no, it would not be an eligible service for funding.
