Hi fellow coordinators,

I am surfacing for a moment from round 2 of Pandemic Holidays in the state that is now third in the nation for per capita cases. How's it going in your states - with the pandemic, with your evaluations, etc? And, are folks starting on their 5-year plans yet? Because no one on the Minnesota team, including our new State Librarian Tami Lee (New Director for the Libraries and Expanded Learning division at the Minnesota Department of Education | Minitex (umn.edu)<https://news.minitex.umn.edu/news/2021-10/new-director-libraries-and-expanded-learning-division-minnesota-department-education>), has even done a plan before, we're looking to hire a consultant to guide us through the process. Any recommendations?
