[lstac] Assurances - Non-Construction Programs & IMLS Site visit takeaway

Greetings all--

We are getting ready for our site visit with IMLS and this will be my first
as LSTA coordinator. I have two questions:

1. Does your state have a copy of Assurances - Non-Construction Programs
that you could share with me?
2. At the last site visit, we gave our IMLS rep a folder of stuff. I was
thinking of making something a little nicer, like a binder. Can you tell me
what you give to your IMLS rep at a site visit? (I know what forms and
statistics are required, I am looking more for an idea of what the
"takeaway" is for our IMLS rep...) I guess if we wanted to be minimal we
could just hand her a flash drive but this seems less friendly?
