[lstac] ARPA IMLS Acknowledgement

Hi all!

I was just curious if any of you have an ARPA-specific IMLS acknowledgement
you give to your grantees or do you just acknowledge IMLS and leave ARPA
out of it?  Anything you have would be helpful!
