The Grants to States Team at IMLS is excited to share registration details and the attached draft agenda for the 2021 Conference, which will take place via Zoom on Tuesday, March 30, and Wednesday, March 31 from 1:00 pm – 5:00 pm Eastern Time (with an optional session for new staff on Monday, March 29).

A few highlights of this year’s registration form:



·         Be sure to indicate if you’d like to attend the optional LSTA Orientation for New Coordinators on Monday, March 29 from 3:00 - 4:00 pm. This session allows those who are new to Grants to States programming to be briefed on some of the common terms that will be coming up throughout the conference (SPR, OMB, etc.)



·         Programmatic topics session on Wednesday, March 31: new this year! As part of the registration form, we’re asking you to select two topics of interest to discuss in breakout groups with your peers.  This will ensure the sessions go as smoothly as possible.  For reference, topics are:


o    Diversity/Inclusion

o    Virtual LSTA Management

o    Exemplary Projects

o    COVID Issues/Ramifications

o    Working with Partners

o    Five-Year Evaluations [NOTE: will be covered in other parts of the conference]



We are excited to host this virtual conference and look forward to your participation! You will continue to receive conference information as we have more details to share. As always, please contact your Program Officer with any questions.
