[lstac] yet another question brought on by ARPA!

LSTA Coordinators,

I know that there was a thread on the LSTA list serv just a short while back from Minnesota needing a basic grants management system. Since there is no archive of these emails, and since I didn't realize that I would get this question from my CFO, I did not keep the emails (bad decision!) Could a few of you with GMS just send me a brief email with what you are using and whether you like it?
