Hello Everyone,
I have a subgrant that wants have a series of programs to help people get more grants.
I know we have talked about the "grant making" or not using federal grant funds to help people learn skills to apply for other federal grants.
Which CFR says that you can't use the funds to get more grants?
Or Which CFR says it is an allowed expense?
