Hi Kathleen,

I used Michael Dennison's template that he created and adjusted for our agency, and so far not too much trouble!  Many of our libraries won't have to take action because they are a part of their local government or are state organizations, so their DUNS has already been migrated.

In our "free" time we are looking up libraries by their DUNS on sam.gov and mapping over to the UEI on our end.

LSTA Coordinators,

I am getting ready to send out information to our ARPA sub-grantees concerning the need to obtain a UEI by April 4, 2022. I have the web site and two slide decks from an online program that I attended; however, they both are pretty detailed and potentially more than our smaller sub-grantees will want/be  able to deal with. Has anyone made a "cheat sheet" for this process?
