[lstac] CARES Act subgrant reporting

Hi, I have a question for the collective wisdom of our group. We were very happy that a lot of our very small and small libraries participated in the CARES Act subgrants. We had a 50% increase in participation in the grant program and reached more than 75% of our libraries with the grants

The downside has been trying to get usable reimbursement requests and reports out of them, both from the small libraries and new staff in the larger libraries. They were instructed to provide purchasing and usage statistics and a budget category breakdown (we allowed services and supplies as purchases) in the final report. What I am getting is an amazing range of misunderstanding the report questions.

Does anyone have a plan for how to report these? I am not going to be able to come up with a realistically accurate count for purchasing and usage statistics and expenses by budget category. At this point, I'll be happy if I can drag the last few over the line for accurate reimbursement requests, which we are very strict on.

Thanks for any advice.
