Hello Everyone,

I am wondering if states have surveyed their libraries to identify from the
field what the critical needs are to best leverage libraries and potential
funds coming in each state's Digital Equity Competitive Grant.  What needs
have been identified if you have sent out a survey and received responses?
Any other information relating to digital equity planning and processes for
determining needs and allocation is completely welcome.😊
