NJ allocated a great many ARPA grants to public libraries who now need to get a UEI by early April. I’ve put out official information on how to go about it twice, but libraries are still getting stuck, especially if they have to work with the municipality. Has anyone developed additional materials to help the librarians, or perhaps a webinar? Sam.gov chat has helped somewhat but they are still struggling. Thanks for any insights that you can share!
