[lstac] five-year plan metrics

Howdy,

I know most of us still have our noses to the ground trying to push the five-year plan out the door; I'm included.

That's why I'm reaching out.

For those of you including measures for "Achieved," "Partially Achieved," and "Not Achieved," would you mind sharing a summary of how you're measuring that?
