[lstac] Tracking major purchases after sub award period of performance

Hello,

Among the many new experiences CARES and ARPA funding has brought, for the first time we've made sub-awards that included equipment over $5,000 that required prior approval from LSTA. We're not sure how we need to track these after the contract period of performance, so I'm hoping some of you who have more experience with this can lend a hand. What do you do? Where should we look for best practices, forms, or regulations? Thanks in advance.
