[lstac] E-Resources RFP sharing request

Hello!

We're about to start the process for both language learning and test prep, which will both be RFPs.  Has anyone posted one or both that they'd be willing to share? In particular, I'm interested in the type of language used for mobile apps (there is an uptick on language learning users are accessing the resource through the mobile app) so if you have ANY RFP examples that cover mobile app requirements vs responsively designed, that would be great!
