Welcome Jeff! I'm the LSTA Coordinator at State Library of Oregon. I've been in this role about a year and half, and served in a different role at the State Library for a few years before that. There is so much to learn, so don't hesitate to ask us questions - we all learn from them!

Hello LSTA Coordinators,

I just subscribed to the list and wanted to take a moment to introduce myself to the group.

My name is Jeff Regensburger and I've recently taken over for Cindy Boyden as Library Consultant/LSTA Coordinator at the State Library of Ohio. I'm excited to get started in this role. I'm also looking forward to learning from all of you and hearing about the work you're doing.

For a little background on me, I've previously worked 25 years at Worthington Libraries (that's a mid-sized public library in central Ohio). In that capacity I also had the chance to review LSTA Grants for the State Library through numerous grant cycles, serve on the state's LSTA Advisory Council, and benefit from a number of LSTA projects and programs. That said, there's obviously A LOT to learn. That makes me especially grateful for this listserv and the archives!

So, any advice or encouragement for someone new in this role is appreciated.
