Sulin and all,
Our Statewide Resource Sharing Administrator forwarded me info on our recent solicitation. Feel free to reach out to her for more info.
The solicitation document is still posted on TX Smart Buy. The link is https://www.txsmartbuy.com/esbddetails/view/306-22-0222<https://nam10.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.txsmartbuy.com%2Fesbddetails%2Fview%2F306-22-0222&data=05%7C01%7C%7Ca4b4843ac1b34269cc6908da9678ca6e%7Ca4597bff9f384145a0334a2168399a5e%7C0%7C0%7C637987742784987824%7CUnknown%7CTWFpbGZsb3d8eyJWIjoiMC4wLjAwMDAiLCJQIjoiV2luMzIiLCJBTiI6Ik1haWwiLCJXVCI6Mn0%3D%7C3000%7C%7C%7C&sdata=D2RbaaRamFnmViBTVKH%2BFbCPF3XFXnGtF9vSPZTLO8k%3D&reserved=0> (please use Google Chrome to access this site). It includes the vendor response information and the evaluation criteria, though not the full evaluation rubric, which is not public at this time.
Note that our contracts this time generally include a piggyback provision, so other libraries and states may use them to enter into contracts of their own with our vendors. I believe that New York has included a similar clause in the past.
We are working to get the awarded contracts posted to our e-procurement portal at https://tsl.bonfirehub.com/portal/?tab=publicContracts<https://nam10.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=https%3A%2F%2Ftsl.bonfirehub.com%2Fportal%2F%3Ftab%3DpublicContracts&data=05%7C01%7C%7Ca4b4843ac1b34269cc6908da9678ca6e%7Ca4597bff9f384145a0334a2168399a5e%7C0%7C0%7C637987742785144042%7CUnknown%7CTWFpbGZsb3d8eyJWIjoiMC4wLjAwMDAiLCJQIjoiV2luMzIiLCJBTiI6Ik1haWwiLCJXVCI6Mn0%3D%7C3000%7C%7C%7C&sdata=SP5nyLI8O6vaHj6fpFK%2BG3bQQ6WRfDa0e6N%2BC775nHU%3D&reserved=0>, but in the meantime anyone can contact me with questions.

Subject: [lstac] statewide databases - plus evaluation rubric ?
NV uses state and LSTA for statewide databases.
Which are all expiring this year and for which I need to go out for bid... so while we're here, would anyone who does statewide procurement mind sharing your Scope of Work and most particularly, your required vendor responses and evaluation rubric?
Our questions are detailed and our rubric builds directly off the questions, making it really intense -more so than I think will be fair for evaluators to deal with (think 30+ points to evaluate).
Thank you!
Sulin

WARNING - This email originated from outside the State of Nevada. Exercise caution when opening attachments or clicking links, especially from unknown senders.
I am wondering how many states fund statewide databases with LSTA funds and how many with state funds (or both)? I can compile the results for the list.
