[lstac] ARPA Extension date on updated Notice of Grant Award or email?

Good morning--
When IMLS extended our ARPA award we received an email with the info.
For those of you who have subgrants and in turn, extended those grants how
did you notify the grantee that their award date has been extended? So far,
we have extended the grant date in our electronic grants management system
as well as via email.
I am considering amending all of our Notice of Grant Awards (NOGAs) with
the new date, BUT, if IMLS sent an email to extend wouldn't an email from
our end suffice? The NOGAs are easy enough to send out but require multiple
signatures and I don't want to do it unless I have to.
What did y'all do to officially notify subgrantees of extended ARPA award
dates?
