[lstac] Welcoming Wyoming's new LSTA coordinator

Hey, everybody -- please welcome Christi Weinzierl! She just started Monday
and is taking over my duties, so she and Jessica Otto are now Wyoming's
LSTA coordinators. Christi is our Communications & Grants Specialist, so
she'll be doing our blog, newsletter, etc. and working on grants. We are
super excited to have her here, and I know she'll fit right in with this
group.

Also, I'll say my goodbyes. I am officially retiring February 2. Looking
forward to getting some cross country skiing in this winter with my
newfound free time. It's been a joy working with you all!
