[lstac] Update ARPA Notice of Gran Award with extension date?

We have a departmental process. We are under the Department of Education, FYI. SO there is always a notification.
Extend dates: New grant award notice (contract) with amendments noted – signed by State Librarian
Add funds/Remove funds/Significantly Change activities – New award letter, new grant award notice – approved and signed by State Superintendent of Education (along with the internal approval forms)
After all that, on my own, I’ve come up with the following for things that aren’t major enough to be contract changes.
* small changes in activities/purchases – they send me an email with the details in the email, I reply with approval – we both keep the email.
* Bigger changes that don’t rise to the level of changing funding amounts or contract dates - they amend their application, I approve amended application in our grant system, which allows an amendment process.
So I’ve done A LOT of amended award notices with ARPA.

Hey all--
Just to amend my question, I am asking about ARPA sub-grants. But just you all reminding me that our (SLAA) NOGAs didn't get updated and sent is a good indicator that new signed NOGAs do not need to be distributed.
For the library systems that we sub-granted to-- I am going to send them letters from our state librarian that officially notifies them that their ARPA grant period has been extended. I just want to look at the grant from an auditors' point of view and I would want to see some kind of Official Notification that the grant period was extended along with the new deadline. Luckily, these are just a few letters to a few county library systems.
Thanks all for being such a helpful group of folks!
Best,
Mary

Hi all--
Like many of you, we had our ARPA grant extended to a point in time later this year. Could you let me know if you amended/updated your signed Notice of Grant Award with that date?
Thanks in advance and looking forward to seeing people in Seattle.
Best,
Mary
