Well, I just found my note-to-self about a question to ask at last week's meeting. I know, timing is everything, right?
What are you counting as a 'consultation' for SPR purposes? I seem to remember Michele's definition that it should take around an hour of time (with prep and communicating) and have originated with the library you're giving the consultation to. So basically, more than just business as usual. It could be to a single library or to a group that are experiencing the same need.
I'm looking for a practical definition to serve as a guideline for our program managers. All suggestions are most welcome.
