I have another question to the collective wisdom of the group. No furniture just doesn't get heard by grant applicants, but I have some that I think might be on the line this year. I have 2 applications that are essentially asking to set up a special service area for patrons with disabilities or are neurodivergent to allow them a more accessible library experience. The requests include specialized desks and chairs. For a purpose like this, would you consider it an allowable cost? It isn't asking for typical desks and chairs, but it is asking for desks and chairs.

I do have days I wonder how fine a grantee can try to split hairs.
